More layers (i.e. paint, dirt, pencil, etc.) and information are coming. It needs to sit in the studio so I can look at it and see what pops into my mind. It's similar to adding spices while cooking although I don't use many recipes. I love the processes and choices involved with making art. Intuition and logic both come into the process.
