RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES:

Need to Return Your Purchase?  It is easy.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange.
  

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. Opened poetry books may be exchanged for the same title only.
  

• Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order.  We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
  

• Sorry, but if you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs before the refund can be made. If we made an error on your order, we will pay the return shipping costs with your full refund.
  

• Did you buy art from the "Finales" section? Sorry, but all sales in this section are final and are priced accordingly.
  

HOW TO START YOUR PRODUCT RETURN:

• Send an email to: info@zeorlinart.com  (Place "Clock Return" in subject box)
  

• Include the following: your full name, address, phone, product title(s) and reason for return.
  

• You will then receive an email with return instructions and a Return Authorization
  

        Number.  You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning.

• Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions.  We make it easy for you, but we do reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in “new condition”.
  

• Refunds from a returned product are typically issued within 24 hours of when the item arrives to the art studio. It can take up to 10 days for your bank to apply the credit but rest assured we start the refund process promptly.
  

• If you have questions about returning a product, please call the art studio at 903/ 343- 4001 and ask for Gregory.  He will personally take care of you.
  

ZEORLINART CLOCK WARRANTY:

• Every Art Clock is test operated to make sure it works before it is shipped anywhere.
  

• Clocks made in the Zeorlinart studio are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. This does not include damages resulting from pushing or pulling directly on the hour or minute clock hands instead of using the dial on clock motor to move the hands.  The artist can tell when the clock instructions have not been followed.
  

• Warranty does not cover impact damage, like knocking a clock off the wall.  Any artworks that have been displayed in the wrong environment, like hanging it in direct sunlight so that it fades or hanging it anywhere outside, are rarely approved for replacement.
  

• Warranty does not cover damage resulting from a defective battery or a battery that leaks acid into the clock motor causing corrosion or motor failure.
  

• If you believe you have a defective product report it immediately after receiving it.
