Sledge. 2013
More of us need to experience using a sledge- hammer. The tool is heavy and requires commitment once you start to swing it. This hand tool is generally used to knock things around or break things up.
Many of us only use digital tools to manipulate images and push words around the Internet. Some use digital tools with as much finesse as someone who has never swung a sledge. Swinging images and words around can also break things up.
It takes swinging a sledge-hammer or wielding a digital tool to begin some projects or make changes. Change doesn't always start gently.
At times the Neanderthal remnant inside the modern us just needs satisfaction. Slamming a heavy sledge into something we want to bust up can feel good. Wham!...
