When I was a boy I liked how radishes grew. They sprout quickly and you know there will be pink, red, and purple bulbous roots to pull from the ground. As a boy, I didn't like eating this vegetable as it seemed like old people food. Now I don't mind them. Welcome to middle age? Sure, why not?
